Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Naoxintong capsules combined with edaravone for acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous drip of diluent of edaravone, and the observation group was additionally treated with Naoxintong capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses, seven days being a course. The changes in levels of interleukin-8(IL-8) and highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 70.00% in the observation group and 40.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL- 8 and hs- CRP in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 60.00% in the observation group and 65.00% in the control group, there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Naoxintong capsules combined with edaravone for acute cerebral infarction has good clinical effect, and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the levels of inflammatory factors in serum.
