Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation for chronic diarrhea in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients who were with craniocerebral injury and suffered from chronic diarrhea during hospitalization were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing for intervention, and the experiment group was intervened with Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation. The disappearance time of symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea and dehydration in the two groups was observed and compared;the clinical effect and complications in the two groups were counted. Results:The effective rate was 95.91% in the experiment group and 73.47% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea and dehydration in the experiment group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). During the observation period,no complication occurred in the experiment group, and the incidence of complications was 2.04% in the control group; the comparison of complications between the two groups showed no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation has definite clinical effect in treating patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with chronic diarrhea, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
