Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patients with acute myocardial infarct(AMI). Methods:A total of 72 cases of AMI patients were selected as the study subjects and divided into two group according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of routine treatment. The nursing effect in the two groups was observed. Results: After intervention, the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of coping styles including backoff, self- accusation and fantasy in the two groups were decreased, and the scores in the observation group were lower;the scores of other coping styles including solving problems, rationalization and seeking help were increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher(P<0.05). After intervention, each score in Exercise of Self- Care Agency (ESCA) and the total scores in the two groups were increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After intervention, each score of quality of life in the two group was significantly increased, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patients with AMI has better effect than simple routine nursing, which can significantly improve their clinical symptoms, coping ability and self-care ability, thus better improving quality of life.
