Intractable insomnia， a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease， is characterized by lingering course and is difficult to be cured after delayed treatment.That is because liver softness is lost and toxic pathogens go into the dynamic layer from the underlying layer，resulting in its syndrome becomes obvious from hidden.The liver-softening and toxins-resolving method is a specific treatment for the etiology and pathogenesis of intractable insomnia with significant therapeutic effect.This paper obtains an understanding of the primary and secondary toxic pathogenic factors and discusses the specific explanation and application of the liver-softening and toxins-resolving method by analyzing the classification and the layer of toxic pathogens in intractable insomnia.
