Objective:To analyze and evaluate the intervention effect of enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Finally,95 cases of patients completed the experiment,48 and 47 cases in the observation group and the control group respectively. The observation group was treated with enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing. The clinical effect, the postoperative pain, the hospitalization time, the healing time of wounds in the two groups were compared;the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)one day before surgery and three days after surgery were compared respectively. Results:After surgery for six hours, one day and three days respectively, the scores of VAS in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).After surgery for three days, the levels of WBC,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and the healing time of wounds in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enhanced recovery after surgery of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids reduces the occurrence of inflammatory responses caused by surgical stress and postoperative complications, speeding up the postoperative recovery and improving the comfort of patients during the perioperative period.
