Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules for chronic sinusitis.Methods：Selected 116 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis，and divided them into two groups randomly，58 cases in each groups.The control group received eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules for chronic sinusitis，while the observation group received Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules.Compared the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in each symptom and clinical effect in both groups before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 94.83%，being significantly higher than 77.59% in the control group，difference being significant(P＜ 0.05).The scores of VAS in such symptoms as dysosmia，facial pain and distension，nasal obstruction and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the same period，difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules have significant effect in treating patients with chronic sinusitis，which can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
