Abstract:Objective:To discuss the correlation between Chinese medicine syndromes and electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 100 cases of CHD patients were included as the study group, and 100 cases of healthy people who underwent physical examination in the outpatient department at the same time were included as the control group. Both groups detected the 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)to discuss the correlation between different Chinese medicine syndromes and ECG in CHD patients. Results:Among the 100 cases,52 cases were with syndrome of deficiency in origin(52.00%),and 48 cases with syndrome of excess in superficiality(48.00%).In patients with syndrome of excess in superficiality or with syndrome of deficiency in origin, the detection rates of conduction block, atrial fibrillation and premature beats were higher than those of myocardial infarction, ventricular tachycardia and sinus tachycardia(P<0.05).The order of the value of QT dispersion(QTd)was as follows:the control group, syndrome of excess in superficiality, syndrome of deficiency in origin(P < 0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between ECG and Chinese medicine syndromes in CHD patients, and the QTd value of ECG in patients with syndrome of excess in superficiality is significantly higher than that in patients with syndrome of deficiency in origin, which should be paid attention to clinically.
