To explore the clinical effect of Chinese herbal soaking application for acute lactational mastitis in early stage.Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients with acute lactational mastitis in early stage,and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly,30 cases in each group.The control group received the routine surgical treatment and nursing for mastitis,while the observation group additionally received Chinese herbal soaking application.Compared the clinical effect, course of treatment,score of pain, classification of mass size and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients in both groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in observation group,significantly higher than 83.33% in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).The average duration of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of pain in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the classification of mass size in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal soaking application has significant effect in treating acute lactational mastitis in early stage.It is environment-friendly and safe without adverse reactions so that it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
