Tension blisters is not a single disease，but one of the common clinical symptoms after fracture，especially after skeletal traction.After fracture，one of its manifestations of the change in local pressure is tension blisters，which will affect the reduction，fixation and healing of fracture.If not handled properly，it may cause local infection and increase the chance of postoperative infection.At present，the treatment of tension blisters after fracture in Chinese medicine nursing seldom takes syndrome differentiation as a prerequisite.The authors summarize etiology and pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation and classification，nursing based on syndrome differentiation and emotional nursing of tension blisters，and provide basis for nursing measures.
