To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation for psoriasis of plaque type.Methods：Selected 110 cases of patients with psoriasis of plaque type and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to random number table，with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation，while the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine medicated bath.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment，compared the clinical effect in the two groups and observed the degree of skin lesions improvement of quality of life and controlling situation of inflammatory response in patients.Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.09%，being higher than that of 72.73%in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the scores of cutaneous dermatomyositis activity and severity index(CDASI)and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)，while the scores of CDASI and DLQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05).After treatment，the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)，interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)in the observation group were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，there were significant differences being found in the comparison of the levels of three inflammatory factors in the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The application of Chinese medicine medicated bath combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation has obvious curative effect in treating psoriasis of plaque type，which can improve the skin lesions of patients，enhance quality of life and relieve inflammaory response.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
