To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable powder in treating neonatal jaundice.Methods：A total of 600 cases of babies with neonatal jaundice were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to random number table method，300 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment，and the experiment group was treated with Yinzhihuang granules combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable powder based on the treatment of the control group.The changes of percutaneous bilirubin before treatment and on the 2nd，4thand 6thdays after treatment，the time of meconium yellowing，and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results：Before treatment，there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the level of percutaneous bilirubin between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment，the level of percutaneous bilirubin in both groups were decreased gradually； on the 2ndday after treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the level of percutaneous bilirubin between the two groups(P＞0.05).On the 4thand 6thdays after treatment，the level of percutaneous bilirubin in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).The time of meconium yellowing in the experiment group was earlier than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%in the experiment group and 2.67%in the control group，there being no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable powder has significant therapeutic effect in treating neonatal jaundice and is safe and reliable.
