To observe the curative effect of Lingjiao Wuhu tang combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules in treating influenza in children.Methods：A total of 156 cases of children with influenza of heat-toxicity attacking lung type were divided into two groups randomly，78 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules and the observation group was additionally treated with Lingjiao Wuhu tang.Both groups were treated for five days.The symptom relief time of children in the two groups was recorded，the Chinese medicine syndrome scores were evaluated before and after treatment，and the clinical effect in both groups was compared.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 93.59%in the observation group，higher than that of 80.77%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.05).The disappearance time of fever，nasal obstruction and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.01).Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.01)，and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Lingjiao Wuhu tang combined with oseltamivir phosphate granules in treating influenza in children，can shorten the relief time of symptoms and improve curative effect.
