To observe the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsules on the levels of hemorheology，sex hormones，estrogen receptor(ER)，progesterone receptor(PR)and vascularendothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods：Divided 100 cases of patients with hysteromyoma into the observation group and the control group randomly，50 cases in each group.Both groups received the oral administration of mifepristone，while the observation group additionally received the oral administration of Guizhi Fuling capsules.The treatment of both groups lasted for 3 months continuously.Observed the changes in the size of tumor body，uterine volume，hemorheological indexes(platelet aggregation rate，low-shear whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，high-shear whole blood viscosity)，blood sex hormones(E2，P，T，FSH，LH)and levels of serum ER，PR and VEGF in both groups before and after treatment，and evaluated the clinical effect.Results：After treatment，the size of tumor body and uterine volume in both groups were reduced when comparing with those before treatment，and each index above in the observation group was lower than that in the control group；the hemorheological indexes and the levels of E2，P，FSH，LH，ER，PR and VEGF in both groups were respectively lower than those before treatment，and each index above in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05)； comparing the level of T in both groups before and after treatment，there was no significant difference being found(P＞ 0.05).The total effective rate was 94.0%in the observation group and 76.0%in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Guizhi Fuling capsules for hysteromyoma helps reduce the size of tumor body and uterine volume，improve hemorheology and decrease the levels of sex hormone，PR，ER and VEGF，thus to enhance the clinical effect.
