Clinical Study on Xiangsha Yangwei Tablets Combined with Quadruple Therapy in Treating Hp-Infected Peptic Ulcer with Syndrome of Liver Qi Attacking Stomach
To investigate the therapeutic effect of the therapy of Xiangsha Yangwei tablets combined with quadruple therapy in treating helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected peptic ulcer with syndrome of liver qi attacking stomach and its effect on levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in serum. Methods:A total of 76 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method. The control group adopted standard quadruple therapy;the treatment group was additionally given Xiangsha Yangwei tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The course of treatment was four weeks in both groups. The symptom scores of syndrome of liver qi attacking stomach,Hp eradication rate, clinical effect and levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the symptom scores of syndrome of liver qi attacking stomach in the two groups were decreased, and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.01).After four weeks of treatment, the eradication rate in the treatment group was 86.84% ,which was higher than that of 65.79%in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(χ2=4.659,P=0.031<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.74%in the treatment group, higher than that of 76.32%in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum in the two groups were decreased, and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of Xiangsha Yangwei tablets combined with quadruple therapy has obvious therapeutic effect in treating Hp-infected peptic ulcer with syndrome of liver qi attacking stomach, which may be related to the regulation of levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum.
