To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with routine western medicine for angina pectoris of heart-blood stasis type.Methods：Divided 105 cases of patients with puerperal hypogalactia into two groups randomly，55 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the control group.The control group received simple western medicine，while the study group additionally received Xuefu Zhuyu capsules.After treatment，compared the clinical effect，the status of angina and hemorheology in both groups.Results：After treatment，the clinical total effective rate of angina was 89.09%in the study group，being higher than 70.00%in the control group，difference being significant(P＜ 0.05).The clinical total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 85.45%in the study group，being higher than 66.00%in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，comparing the frequency of angina attacks and the duration in both groups，there was no significant difference being found(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment，the frequency of angina attacks in both groups was reduced and the duration was shortened，and the frequency of angina attacks in the study group was lower than that in the control group and the duration was shorter than that in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment，comparing the levels of whole blood viscosity(in high and low shear)，plasma viscosity，fibrinogen and hematocrit in both groups，there was no significant difference being found(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment，the levels of whole blood viscosity(in high and low shear)，plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in both groups were lower than those before treatment，and each index above in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05)；comparing the level of hematocrit in both groups，there was no significant difference being found(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion：The application of Xuefu Zhuyu capsulescombined with routine western medicine hasexact therapeutic effect in treating angina pectorisof heart-blood stasis type，which can relieve angina.
