By studying and analyzing the literature on the treatment of acupuncture for dysphagia after stroke in recent years，this paper summarized and discussed the selection rules of acupoints in the treatment of acupuncture for dysphagia after stroke from three aspects：anatomy and physiology，syndrome differentiation of meridian and biological holographic theory，so as to provide reference for selecting acupoints in the clinical treatment for dysphagia after stroke.
