The research systematically summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine on improving endometrial receptivity from the etiology，pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine，such as treatment from the theory of five viscera，treatment based on different types and stages，acupuncture and moxibustion，Chinese medicine fumigation and integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy，to provide new reference for clinical research.
