目的:探究脓毒症大鼠血清降钙素原、内毒素与其肺损伤的关系。方法:选用SPF雄性大鼠45只,随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组3组,每组15只,空白组除常规喂养外不做任何干预,假手术组大鼠则行取出盲肠、放回腹腔后缝合的操作,而模型组大鼠采用盲肠结扎穿孔术制成脓毒症动物模型,分别于6、12、24 h时经腹主动脉采取检测血清降钙素原与内毒素水平并采用Spearman进行相关性分析。结果:与空白组比较,假手术组大鼠各时间段血清降钙素原、内毒素水平以及动脉血氧分压(PaO 2 )、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO 2 )数值无明显差异( P >0.05)。与空白组和假手术组比较,模型组大鼠各时间点的血清降钙素原、内毒素水平均明显升高( P <0.05),各时间点PaO 2 数值均降低( P <0.05),各时间点PaCO 2 数值均升高( P <0.05)。Spearman分析显示,脓毒症大鼠血清降钙素原、内毒素水平与PaO 2 值呈负相关关系( r =-0.458, r =-0.671, P <0.05),脓毒症大鼠血清降钙素原、内毒素水平与PaCO 2 值呈正相关关系( r =0.623, r =0.564, P <0.05)。结论:脓毒症大鼠血清降钙素原与内毒素水平越高,大鼠肺功能损伤情况越严重。
Objective:To explore the relationship between procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum and the lung injury in rats with sepsis.Methods:Selected 45 cases of SPF m ale rats and randomly divided theminto the blank group,the shamoperation group and the modelgroup,15 cases in each group.Rats in the blank group did not get any intervention except for the routine feeding.Rats in the shamoperation group were sutured after removing the cecum and putting it back into the abdominal cavity.Rats in the modelgroup were established into anim almodels of sepsis by cecal ligation and puncture.Took blood and detected the levels of procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum through abdominal aorta after 6,12 and 24 hours respectively and then conducted correlation analysis by adopting Spearm an method.Results:Compared with those in the blank group,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of the levels of procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum as well as the value of PaO 2 and PaCO 2 at each time segment in the sham operation group( P >0.05).Compared with those in the blank group and the sham operation group,levels of procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum at each time segment in the modelgroup were significantly increased( P <0.05);the value of PaO 2 at each time point was decreased( P <0.05);the value of PaCO 2 at each time point was increased( P <0.05).Spearm an analysis show ed that the procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum were negatively correlated with PaO 2 in rats with sepsis( r =-0.458, r =-0.671, P <0.05),and that the procalcitonin and endotoxin in serum were positively correlated with PaCO 2 in rats with sepsis( r =0.623, r =0.564, P <0.05).Conclusion:The higher the level of procalcitonin and endotoxin in serumin rats with sepsis,the more serious the injury of the lung function of rats.
