目的:观察α-硫辛酸联合丹参注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(D P N) 的临床疗效,及对患者血清中丙二醛(M D A)、超氧化物歧化酶(S O D)水平的影响。方法:将110例D P N患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。2组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,对照组加用甲钴胺片,治疗组予α-硫辛酸联合丹参注射液治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组神经传导速度和临床疗效,观察患者血清中M D A和S O D水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率9 0.9 1%,对照组总有效率7 4.55%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(M NC V) 和感觉神经传导速度(S NC V)均较治疗前加快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组正中神经、腓总神经的M NC V和S NC V传导速度均快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组M D A水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),S O D水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组M D A水平低于对照组(P<0.05),S O D水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸联合丹参注射液治疗D P N疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of α -lipoic acid combined with salvia injection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),and its effect on the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum.M e th o d s:Divided 110 cases of DPN patients into the treatment group and the control group randomly,55 cases in each group.Both groups received the routine treatment for diabetes,while the control group additionally received mecobalamin tablets,and the treatment group was additionally given α-lipoic acid combined with salvia injection for treatment.The treatment for both groups lasted for 4 weeks.Compared the nerve conduction velocity and clinical effect of both groups,and observed the changes of levels of MDA and SOD in serum of patients before and after treatment.Results:The total effect rate was 90.91%in the treatment group and 74.55%in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)in the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in both groups were faster than those before treatment,differences being significant(P < 0.05);MNCV and SNCV in the treatment were both faster than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MAD levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and SOD levels were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05);MAD levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and SOD levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:α-lipoic acid combined with salvia injection has a significant effect in treating DPN.
