Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Yiqi tang combined with mycophenolate mofetil capsulesfor IgA nephropathy.Methods：Divided 90 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy into the observation group and the control group randomly，45 cases in each group.The control group was given mycophenolate mofetil capsules for treatment，while the observation group was additionally given Yangyin Yiqi tang for treatment.Observed the changes of related indexes of renal function，urine erythrocyte and hemorheology indexes in two groups before and after treatment，and compared the clinical effect of two groups.Results： After treatment， serum creatinine(SCr)， urea nitrogen(BUN)， 24-h urinary protein quantification(24 hUP)and urine erythrocyte of two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment，while endogenous creatinine clearance(CCr)was increased when compared with that before treatment，differences being significant(P＜0.05).SCr，BUN，24 hUP and urine erythrocyte of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group，while the CCr was higher than that of the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment，whole blood viscosity(high shear，low shear)，plasma viscosity，erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen of the observation group were all improved when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，while the aforesaid indexes of the control group were not improved，difference being insignificant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 91.1%in the observation group and was 75.6%in the control group，difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Yangyin Yiqi tang combined with mycophenolate mofetil can effectively improve renal function and hemorheology indexes of patients with IgA nephropathy，and has significant effect.
