Objective: To observe the clinical effect of oral and external application of Chinese medicine for sores and ulcers with yang syndrome. Methods:Selected 90 cases of patients with sores and ulcers with yang syndrome as study subjects, and divided them into two groups according to the principle of random distribution,45 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of moxifloxacin tablets and external application of fusidic acid cream for treatment, while the treatment group was given oral administration of modified Wuwei Xiaodu yin along with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang san. Results:There were no unhealed cases in both groups;the cure rate was 75.56%in the treatment group and was 51.11% in the control group. The comparison of the cure rate between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.05).After treatment, the white blood cell count(WBC)and the percentage of neutrophils(NEU%)were decreased and the range of red swelling was narrowed in the two groups when compared with those before treatment, differences being significance(P< 0.05).The improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of oral administration of modified Wuwei Xiaodu yin along with external application of Ruyi Jinhuang san for sores and ulcers with yang syndrome has a better effect than the therapy of oral administration of moxifloxacin tablets and external application of fusidic acid cream.
