Effect of Targeted Transdermal Drugs Combined with Celecoxib for Pain and Hip Joint Function in Senile Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture After Hip Replacement
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of targeted transdermal drugs combined with Celecoxib on pain and hip joint function in senile patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement. Methods:A total of 150 cases of senile patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups were given treatments including anti- infection and prevention of thrombosis after surgery; the control group was additionally treated with Celecoxib, and the treatment group was additionally treated with targeted transdermal drugs based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days and followed up for 3 months. The clinical effects,Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores, Harris scores, the incidence of complications, the time of the first out- of- bed activity, and the hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results:On the fourteenth day after surgery, the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those on the first day after surgery (P<0.05), and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). On the fourteenth day after surgery and after a 3- month follow- up, the Harris scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those on the first day after surgery (P< 0.05),and the Harris scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at the same time (P<0.05). fourteen days after surgery, the total incidence of complications was 4.00% in the treatment group, lower than that of 13.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The time of the first out-of-bed activity and the hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Targeted transdermal drugs combined with Celecoxib has a good effect on senile patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement, which can reduce pain, improve hip joint function, reduce complications, promote patients to get out of bed as soon as possible after surgery, and shorten hospitalization time.
