Abstract：Objective：To analyze the medication rules of early fracture treatment，as practiced by Director SU Yuanbing， an inheritor of the SU family's orthopedic techniques， utilizing data mining technology. Methods： Outpatient Chinese medicine prescriptions for early fracture treatment by Director SU Yuanbing were collected. The frequency， nature， flavors， and meridian tropism of the medicinals were statistically analyzed using Excel. Cluster analysis and core medicinal association rule analysis of the selected Chinese medicine prescriptions were conducted through the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform. Results ： A total of 383 prescriptions involving 129 Chinese medicinals were included. The top 10 medicinals in terms of usage frequency were Chuanxiong Rhizoma （prepared with wine）， Astragali Radix， Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium （prepared）， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix， Cinnamomi Ramulus， Corydalis Rhizoma （prepared with vinegar）， Codonopsis Radix，Coicis Semen，and Angelicae Sinensis Radix. The medicinals were mainly warm in nature，sweet， pungent， and bitter in flavor， and primarily entered the spleen， liver， and lung meridians. The high-frequency Chinese medicinals were clustered into four categories：Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus as the first category，Chuanxiong Rhizoma（ prepared with wine），Astragali Radix and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium（ prepared） as the second category， Panacis Quinquefolii Radix and Croci Stigma as the third category， and Coicis Semen， Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix and Chaenomelis Fructus as the fourth category. Association rule analysis revealed that Chuanxiong Rhizoma （prepared with wine） and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma had high associations with many other medicinals and were often used as core medicinal couplet， such as Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Chuanxiong Rhizoma（ prepared with wine），Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium（ prepared）-Chuanxiong Rhizoma（ prepared with wine）， and Astragali Radix - Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Conclusion：Director SU Yuanbing prefers to use Chuanxiong Rhizoma （prepared with wine） in the early treatment of fractures and focuses on combining it with medicinals that tonify qi，regulate qi，and activate blood circulation to relieve pain.
