At first， there is wind transformed from wood constraint and gallbladder fire counterflow；wind fosters the development of fire，harassing ministerial fire in the lower energizer and the transportation and transformation governed by the spleen， finally forming the pathogenesis of upper body heat and lower body cold and deficiency-excess complex. And modified Mume pill which is a classical prescription for reverting yin can be a choice in the treatment of the disease.
