目的：观察加味理中汤治疗胃癌术后脾胃虚寒型胃肠功能障碍的疗效及对早期胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：选取83 例胃癌术后患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组43 例与对照组40 例，对照组采用常规对症支持治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上口服加味理中汤治疗。治疗后评估2 组临床疗效及胃肠功能恢复时间，并比较2 组治疗前后中医证候积分及血清胃泌素（GAS）、胃动素（MTL） 水平。结果：治疗组临床总有效率93.02%，明显高于对照组72.50%（P＜0.05）。与同组治疗前比较，治疗后2 组中医证候积分均降低（P＜0.05），血清GAS、MTL 水平均升高（P＜0.05）；与对照组治疗后比较，治疗组治疗后中医证候积分较低（P＜0.05），血清GAS、MTL 水平较高（P＜0.05）。治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：加味理中汤治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍效果显著，可缓解患者临床症状，促进术后胃肠功能恢复，改善胃肠功能指标。
Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of modified Lizhong tang for gastrointestinal dysfunction of spleenstomach deficiency cold type after operation for gastric cancer and its effect on early recovery of gastrointestinal function. Methods：A total of 83 cases of patients after operation for gastric cancer were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method，with 43 and 40 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment，and the treatment group was additionally given the oral administration of modified Lizhong tang based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment，the clinical effects and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the two groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment， Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of gastrin(GAS) and motilin(MTL) in serum in the two groups were compared. Results：The total clinical effective rate was 93.02% in the treatment group，significantly higher than that of 72.50% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the levels of GAS and MTL in serum were increased(P＜0.05). After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the levels of GAS and MTL in serum were higher(P＜0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds，the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Modified Lizhong tang for gastrointestinal dysfunction after operation for gastric cancer has a significant effect， and can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients， promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function and improve the gastrointestinal function indexes.
