Abstract：Shenjiu Jinglun is a book on moxibustion written by WU Yiding in the Qing Dynasty. This paper summarizes the contents related to tumor and its syndromes in the book to summarize academic thoughts of the book on moxibustion， including applying moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation and for supplementation；applying moxibustion according to different people and time； and health preservation after moxibustion. Based on the treatment concept of "survival with tumor" in Chinese medicine，this paper analyzes the academic thought of Shenjiu Jinglun on treating tumor by moxibustion， and provides a new idea for the research of moxibustion directly regulating tumor immunosuppression state or microenvironment.
