Abstract：The characteristics of differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Bianque Xinshu by DOU Cai in Song Dynasty are as follows. Firstly，the name of spleen and stomach diseases has special characteristics，and the 46 kinds of spleen and stomach diseases are mainly named after the main disease and complementarily after the pathogenesis， which is conducive to the targeted clinical medication. Secondly，moxibustion is made good use to support the spleen yang. Thirdly，Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata is often used to supplement and boost the spleen and kidney. Lastly，Chinese patent medicine is attached special importance to treat spleen and stomach diseases.
