| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察中医护理技术干预对气虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床效果。方法：将90 例冠心病患者按照入院时间编号后信封法随机分为2 组各45 例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组在对照组的基础上加用中医护理技术进行干预。观察比较2 组治疗前后健康恢复情况、西雅图心绞痛量表（SAQ） 评分变化。结果：治疗后，2 组患者健康知识、健康行为、健康信念以及生理恢复评分均较治疗前明显升高（P＜0.05），且研究组上述各项评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组躯体受限程度、心绞痛稳定、心绞痛发作、治疗满意度、疾病认知等SAQ 评分均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05）；且研究组上述各项评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对气虚血瘀型冠心病患者应用中医护理技术进行干预，可有效缓解心绞痛，提高患者生活质量，促进病情康复。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing techniques intervening coronary heart
disease with qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome. Methods：A total of 90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease
were randomly divided into two groups according to the envelope method after numbering their admission time，45 cases in
each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the study group was additionally intervened with Chinese
medicine nursing techniques based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment，the changes in scores
of health recovery and seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ) score in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：
After treatment，the scores of health knowledge，health behavior，health belief and physiological recovery in the two groups
were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the study group
were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of SAQ including physical
limitation，anginal stability，angina attack，treatment satisfaction and illness perceptions in the two groups were increased
when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the study group were significantly higher than
those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine nursing techniques for patients with
coronary heart disease with qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome can effectively relieve angina pectoris，improve quality
of life and promote the recovery of the disease. |
