| 目的：观察智能电针联合齐拉西酮治疗急性期精神分裂症冲动行为的临床疗效。方法：将60 例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30 例。对照组行肌肉注射齐拉西酮治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用智能电针治疗。评估2 组临床疗效，观察2 组治疗前后修订版外显攻击行为量表（MOAS） 评分及社会功能量表（PSP） 评分情况。结果：总有效率观察组为86.67%，对照组为53.33%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组MOAS 评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组MOAS 评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者PSP 评分均较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05）；且观察组PSP评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：智能电针治疗急性期精神分裂症疗效肯定，可改善患者冲动行为及生活质量。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of intelligent electroacupuncture combined with ziprasidone on
impulsive behavior in acute schizophrenia. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control
group and the observation group，30 cases in each group. The control group was intra-muscularly injected with ziprasidone，
and the observation group was additionally treated with intelligent electroacupuncture based on the treatment of the control
group. The clinical effect in both groups was evaluated；the scores of Modified Overt Aggression Scales(MOAS) and Personal
and Social Performance Scale(PSP) were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 86.67%
in the observation group and 53.33% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the
MOAS scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P＜0.05)，and the MOAS score in the observation group was lower
than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the PSP scores were significantly increased(P＜0.05)，and the PSP
score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of intelligent
electroacupuncture combined with ziprasidone has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with acute schizophrenia，
which can improve their impulsive behavior and post-social quality of life. |
