| 目的：观察复方黄柏液坐浴联合藻酸盐敷料换药治疗高位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：将82 例高位肛周脓肿患者按密封信封法随机等比例分为对照组与联合组，每组41 例；对照组术后给予藻酸盐敷料换药治疗，联合组在对照组的基础上加用复方黄柏液坐浴治疗；观察比较2 组创面愈合效果，比较2 组创面愈合时间、换药次数、创面渗液量评分、创面水肿评分，比较2 组创面疼痛程度及创面pH 值变化情况。结果：创面愈合总有效率联合组为97.56%，对照组为78.05%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，联合组创面愈合时间短于对照组，换药次数、创面渗液评分、创面水肿评分小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后3 d、7 d、14 d，2 组创面疼痛评分依次降低，与前一时间点比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且联合组各时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。术后14 d，2 组创面pH 值均较术后3 d 明显降低（P＜0.05），且联合组创面pH 值低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：复方黄柏液坐浴与藻酸盐敷料换药联合应用可促进高位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合效果，改善创面渗液、水肿及疼痛等症状体征，降低创面pH 值，疗效显著。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of bath with compound Huangbai lotion combined with
alginate dressing on promoting wound healing of patients after undergoing surgery for high perianal abscess. Methods：A total
of 82 patients who underwent surgery for high perianal abscess were randomly divided into the control group and the
combination group according to the proportion of sealed envelope method，41 cases in each group. Patients in the control
group were treated with alginate dressing after the surgery，and patients in the combination group additionally bathed with
compound phellodendrine lotion based on the treatment of the control group. The wound healing in the two groups were
compared，including changes in wound healing time，dressing change times，score of wound drainage amount，score of
wound edema， wound pain degree and pH value. Results： The total effective rate of wound healing was 97.56% in the
combination group and 78.05% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the wound
healing time in the combination group was shorter than that in the control group，and the dressing change times，score of
wound drainage amount as well as score of wound edema were lower than those in the control group， differences being
significant(P＜0.05). Scores of wound pain in the two groups were decreased successively on the third， seventh and
fourteenth day after the surgery； compared with the previous time point， differences were significant(P＜0.05)， and the
score of pain at each time point in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). On the 14th day
after the surgery，the pH values in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those on the third day
after the surgery(P＜0.05)， and the pH value in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).
Conclusion：The therapy of bath with compound Huangbai lotion combined with alginate dressing can promote wound healing
of patients after undergoing surgery for high perianal abscess， which can improve the symptoms and signs of wound
drainage，edema and pain，reduce the pH value of wound. |
