| 目的：观察芪参益气滴丸联合西药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（CHD） 合并慢性心力衰竭（CHF） 的临床疗效。方法：将92 例CHD 合并CHF 气虚血瘀证患者随机分为观察组47 例和对照组45 例。2 组均口服螺内酯片、卡托普利片、富马酸比索洛尔片、阿托伐他汀钙片、阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组加予芪参益气滴丸治疗，2 组疗程均为3 个月。治疗前后进行6 min 步行试验（6MWT），评定Lee 氏心力衰竭评分和气虚血瘀证评分，进行心脏彩超相关检查，记录超声心动图指标值［左室射血分数（LVEF）、二尖瓣口舒张早期流速峰值与舒张晚期流速峰值比值（E/A）、每搏输出量（SV） 和心输出量（CO）］。比较2 组的临床疗效与心功能情况。结果：治疗后，观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05），心功能情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2 组6 min 步行距离均较治疗前增加（P＜0.01），Lee 氏心力衰竭评分和气虚血瘀证评分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.01）。观察组6 min 步行距离多于对照组（P＜0.01），Lee 氏心力衰竭评分和气虚血瘀证评分均低于对照组（P＜0.01）。2 组LVEF、SV、CO 和E/A 均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），观察组4 项指标值均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在常规西药治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗CHD 合并CHF，可更为有效地改善患者的心功能，减轻心力衰竭程度，提高患者的活动能力，临床疗效确切。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with western medicine for
coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods：A total of 92 cases of CHD complicated with CHF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the
control group，47 and 45 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given the oral administration of spironolactone
tablets，captopril tablets，bisoprolol fumarate tablets，atorvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin enteric- coated tablets；the
observation group was additionally given Qishen Yiqi dropping pills. Both groups were treated for three months. Before and
after treatment，the 6-minute walk test(6MWT) was conducted；Lee's heart failure score and the score of qi deficiency and
blood stasis syndrome were scored；relevant examination by cardiac Color Doppler ultrasound was conducted；the indexes
of ultrasonic cardiogram including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)，the ratio of early diastolic peak velocity to advanced
diastolic peak velocity in mitral valve(E/A)，stroke volume(SV) and cardiac output(CO) were recorded. The clinical effect and
the heart function were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the clinical effect in the observation
group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the heart function was better than that in the control group(P＜
0.05). When compared with those before treatment， the 6- minute walk distances in the two groups were increased(P＜
0.01)，and Lee's heart failure scores and the scores of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were decreased(P＜0.01). The
6- minute walk distance in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P＜0.01)，and Lee's heart failure
score and the score of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01). The
indexes of LVEF，SV，CO and E/A in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，
and the four indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Based on
routine western medicine，the additional application of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills in treating CHD complicated with CHF，can
more effectively improve the heart function of patients，reduce the degree of heart failure，and increase their activities，with
definite clinical effect. |
