| 目的：观察小青龙汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果及对小儿T 淋巴细胞亚群细胞因子影响。方法：将86 例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为2 组，对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予小青龙汤治疗。比较2 组炎性因子水平、T 淋巴细胞亚群细胞因子水平、免疫功能、治疗效果。结果：治疗前，2 组炎性因子指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2 组T 淋巴细胞亚群因子水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组T 淋巴细胞亚群因子水平优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2 组免疫功能指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，研究组免疫球蛋白G （IgG）、IgA、IgM 水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对小儿肺炎患儿，应用小青龙汤联合阿奇霉素治疗，安全性高，效果显著，可有效降低炎性因子水平和T 淋巴细胞亚群细胞因子水平，同时可改善患儿免疫功能，进而改善患儿临床症状。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong tang combined with azithromycin for infantile
pneumonia and its effect on T lymphocyte subsets. Methods：A total of 86 cases of children with pneumonia were randomly
divided into two groups. The control group was treated with azithromycin，and the study group was additionally treated with
Xiaoqinglong tang based on the treatment of the control group. The levels of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets，
immune function and curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results：Before treatment，there was no significant
difference in the comparison of the indexes of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the
levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，
there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups(P＞0.05).
After treatment，the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the study group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).
Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the comparison of the indexes of immune function between the two
groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of IgG，IgA and IgM in the study group were higher than those in the control
group(P＜0.05). The curative effect in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The
application of Xiaoqinglong tang combined with azithromycin for children with pneumonia has high safety and significant
effect，which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets，and improve their immune
function as well as clinical symptoms. |
