| 目的：探讨名老中医李发枝治疗艾滋病患者股骨头坏死的组方用药规律。方法：收集整理李老治疗艾滋病股骨头坏死的门诊处方353 张，统计分析处方中药物功效、归经、四气五味的分布情况。结果：李老使用频数最高的是补虚药，占39.56%；药物以温性为主，占47.69%；所用药中甘味最多，占39.19%；同时归脾、肝经的药物最多，分别占25.96%和25.23%，其中脾、肝、心、肺经药物使用频率达89.13%。结论：李老治疗艾滋病股骨头坏死注重顾护患者正气，养胃护肝，以正克邪，同时善于联合使用现代医学发现的有抗艾滋病功效的中药。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To discuss the rules of composing prescription and administration of LI Fazhi treating femoral head
necrosis in AIDS patients. Methods：A total of 353 outpatient prescriptions of LI treating femoral head necrosis due to AIDS
were collected and arranged. The distributions of efficacies， meridian entry， four qi and five flavors of Chinese herbal
medicines used in the prescriptions were counted and analyzed. Results：Among all Chinese herbal medicines used in the
prescriptions， deficiency- supplementing medicine accounted for 39.56% ， which was the highest； the nature of most
medicines was warm，accounting for 47.69%；the flavor of most medicines was sweet，accounting for 39.19%；as for the
meridian entry of these medicines，the spleen meridian and the liver meridian were the most，accounting for 25.96% and
25.23% respectively，and the frequency of medicines for the spleen，the liver，the heart and the lung meridian was 89.13%.
Conclusion： The treatment of LI Fazhi treating femoral head necrosis due to AIDS focuses on the care of healthy qi，
nourishing the stomach and protecting the liver，and defending against pathogenic qi by healthy qi. Besides，LI is good at
adding Chinese medicine with anti-AIDS effect discovered in modern medicine to the treatment. |
