| 目的：探讨分析中医护理技术促进产妇母乳喂养的影响因素。方法：选取宁波市6 所三级甲等医院分娩的430 例（有效394 例） 产妇进行研究，统计分析产妇一般资料影响因素，包括：年龄、职业、孕周、胎次、文化程度、户口类型、家庭人均月收入以及孕产妇认知水平和外在影响因素，并对有意义的单因素进行Logistic 多因素回归分析。结果：孕产妇认知水平中：中医护理技术促进泌乳方面了解不多、认知程度偏低、对中医护理的需求较高；外在影响因素中：朋友家人对中医护理技术的了解不多、获得中医护理技术知识的途径主要为网络途径、本地中医护理技术水平一般相比其他类别，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Logistic 多因素回归分析得出主要影响因素有：孕产妇的文化程度、年龄、家庭人均月收入以及认知水平和外在因素。结论：影响中医护理技术促进产妇母乳喂养的主要因素有年龄、胎次、文化程度、户口类型、家庭人均月收入、外在因素和认知水平。各级医疗卫生机构应根据孕产妇的实际需求状态，关注上述影响因素，加强开展针对性健康教育干预和方法实施，提高中医护理技术在促进母乳喂养方面的应用效果。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To discuss and analyze influencing factors of nursing technique of Chinese medicine in promoting
breast feeding of parturient women. Methods： A total of 430 cases(394 cases of effective) of parturient women who
underwent delivery in six Third- level Grade A Hospitals in Ningbo City were selected for study. General information of
parturient women as influencing factors was counted and analyzed， namely， age， profession， gestational weeks， the
times of pregnancy，educational level，types of place of household registration，the monthly household income per person，
and the cognitive level of pregnant women，as well as external influencing factors. Significant single factors were analyzed by
multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results： The related information about parturient women was as following： 36
years or older，delivery already，delivery for the third times，bachelor degree or above，urban household registration，and
the monthly household income per person more than 8000 yuan；there was significance in the difference when compared the
above categories of influencing factors with others(P＜0.05). As for cognitive level，pregnant women had poor understanding
of nursing technique of Chinese medicine in promoting lactation，which indicated their relatively low cognitive degree，and
they showed a high need for Chinese medicine nursing. As for external influencing factors， friends and families had poor
understanding of nursing technique of Chinese medicine，and they obtained the knowledge mainly from Internet. Besides，
the nursing technique of Chinese medicine in Ningbo city was in ordinary level. When compared cognitive level and external
influencing factors with other categories of influencing factors， there was significance in the difference(P＜0.05). Through
multivariate Logistic regression analysis， it was found that the main influencing factors were educational level， age， and
cognitive level of pregnant women， as well as the monthly household income per person and external influencing factors.
Conclusion：The main influencing factors of nursing technique of Chinese medicine in promoting breast feeding of parturient
women were as following：age，the times of pregnancy，educational level，types of place of household registration，the monthly household income per person，external influencing factors，and cognitive level. Based on actual demand of pregnant
women， medical and health institution at all levels should pay attention to the above influencing factors， strengthen the
intervention and application of targeted health education，and improve the application effect of nursing technique of Chinese
medicine in promoting breast feeding. |
