目的:探讨对门诊输液患者行中医护理健康教育干预对患者的影响。方法:将160 例门诊输液患者作为临床研究对象,以护理方式的不同分2 组各80 例,实行常规护理的患者设为对照组,实行中医护理健康教育干预的患者设为观察组,对比患者的不良反应发生率、情绪以及对护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组健康教育质量、穿刺熟练度、接待态度以及环境质量的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经护理后,2 组心理评分较前改善(P<0.05),观察组心理评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊输液患者行中医护理健康教育干预对可有效提高输液安全性,改善患者情绪,提高护理满意度。 |

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine nursing and health education on outpatient transfusion
patients. Methods:A total of 160 cases of outpatients who needed transfusion were divided into two groups(80 cases in each
group) according to different nursing methods. The patients receiving routine nursing were set as the control group,and the
patients receiving health education and Chinese medicine nursing were set as the observation group. The incidence of adverse
reactions,emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results:After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in
the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the
scores of health education quality, puncture proficiency, reception attitude and environmental quality in the observation
group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the psychological
scores in both groups were improved when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation
group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine
nursing and health education can effectively improve the safety of transfusion,improve the patient's mood,and the nursing
satisfaction. |
