| 目的：探讨中医特色整体护理与康复训练对脑卒中患者吞咽功能障碍改善情况。方法：选取60例接受治疗的脑卒中患者作为临床研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（康复训练护理，30例） 和观察组（中医特色整体护理与康复训练，30例）。对比护理干预后吞咽功能障碍改善情况。结果：经护理后，观察组肌吞咽功能评分以及肌萎缩侧索硬化功能评分量表（ALSFRS） 的值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经护理后，观察组护理效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于脑卒中患者，采用中医特色整体护理与康复训练，可有效改善患者吞咽功能，促进患者康复。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To discuss the improvement of holistic nursing with Chinese medicine characteristics combined
with rehabilitation training for swallowing function in patients with stroke. Methods：A total of 60 cases of patients with stroke
receiving treatment were selected as the clinical study objects，and were divided into the control group and the observation
group according to the random number table method， 30 cases in each group. The control group was given rehabilitation
nursing， and the observation group was given holistic nursing with Chinese medicine characteristics combined with
rehabilitation training. After nursing， the improvement of swallowing function was compared. Results： After nursing， the
scores of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale(ALSFRS) and swallowing function in the observation group
were higher than those in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After nursing，the nursing effect in the
observation group was better than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Holistic
nursing with Chinese medicine characteristics combined with rehabilitation training for patients with stroke can effectively
improve swallowing function and rehabilitation. |
