| 目的：观察四红祛斑汤联合氢醌霜治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法：将82 例黄褐斑患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组41 例。对照组应用氢醌霜涂抹治疗，观察组给予四红祛斑汤内服联合氢醌霜涂抹治疗。比较2 组治疗前后皮肤状态（皮肤含水量与弹性）、氧化指标［一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）］ 水平变化，统计2 组总体临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果：总有效率观察组为90.24%，对照组为68.29%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者皮肤含水量、皮肤弹性均较治疗前增加（P＜0.05），且观察组2 项指标改善较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者NO 水平较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），SOD 水平升高（P＜0.05）；且观察组2 项指标改善较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率观察组为3.64%，对照组为20.00%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：四红祛斑汤联合氢醌霜治疗黄褐斑，可有效改善患者皮肤状态，减缓患者皮肤衰老，更好的保证皮肤光泽，且安全性更好，疗效优于单纯西药治疗。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sihong Quban tang combined with hydroquinone cream for
chloasma. Methods： A total of 82 cases of patients with chloasma were randomly divided into the control group and the
observation group，41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hydroquinone cream，and the observation
group was additionally given oral administration of Sihong Quban tang based on the treatment of the control group. The
changes in skin condition(water content and elasticity of skin)，and the levels of nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase
(SOD) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The total clinical effect and the incidence of
adverse reactions were counted in the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 90.24% in the observation group，
and 68.29% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the water content and elasticity
of skin in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the improvement of the
two indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels
of NO in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of SOD were
increased(P＜0.05)； the improvement of above two indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the
control group(P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 3.64% in the observation group， and 20.00% in the
control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：In the treatment of chloasma，the therapy of Sihong
Quban tang combined with hydroquinone cream has better curative effect and safety than that of simple western medicine. It
can effectively improve skin condition，slow down skin ageing，and keep the skin glowing. |
