| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察益气活血方联合氨甲环酸对全膝关节置换术（TKA） 术后隐性失血及功能恢复的影响。方法：将2017 年2 月—2019 年11 月宁波市中医院行TKA 的患者40 例随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组20 例。对照组单独采用氨甲环酸治疗；治疗组采用益气活血方联合氨甲环酸治疗。计算术后隐性失血量，采用膝关节协会评分（KSS） 进行术后膝关节功能评分。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组隐性出血量、总失血量较少（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，2 组术后7 d、术后3 个月、术后6 个月膝关节功能KSS 均升高（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，术后7 d、术后3 个月治疗组膝关节功能KSS 升高更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：益气活血方可有效减少TKA 隐性失血，改善贫血程度，有利于术后膝关节功能恢复，改善预后。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with tranexamic acid on hidden
hemorrhage and functional recovery after total knee arthroplasty(TKA). Methods： A total of 40 cases of patients who were
treated with TKA in Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to November 2019 were randomly
divided into the control group and the treatment group， 20 cases in each group. The control group was given tranexamic
acid，and the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with tranexamic acid. The postoperative hidden
blood loss was counted. The scores of knee joint function after surgery was evaluated by Knee Society score(KSS). Results：
The hidden blood loss and the total blood loss in the treatment group were than that in the control group(P＜0.05). In the two
groups，the scores of KSS seven days，three months and six months after surgery were increased when compared with that
before treatment(P＜0.05). The increase of KSS in the treatment group seven days and three months after surgery was more
significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Yiqi Huoxue prescription can effectively reduce hidden blood
loss of TKA，relieve the severity of anemia，conduce to postoperative recovery of knee joint function，improve prognosis. |
