| 目的：观察针灸联合布比卡因对混合痔剥扎术后镇痛效果的临床疗效。方法：将进行外剥内扎术的混合痔患者100 例随机分为2 组，各50 例，对照组术后给予布比卡因镇痛治疗，观察组术后给予针灸联合布比卡因进行镇痛治疗。评估2 组临床疗效，统计2 组疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS） 评分、创面完全愈合时间。结果：愈显率观察组为94.0%，对照组为78.0%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组肛门疼痛VAS 评分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针灸联合布比卡因对混合痔患进行外剥内扎术者的镇痛效果显著，疗效优于单纯布比卡因治疗。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bupivacaine on analgesia effect in
patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external dissection and internal ligation. Methods：A total of 100 cases of patients with
mixed hemorrhoids undergoing external dissection and internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups，50 cases in
each group. After operation， the control group was given bupivacaine for analgesia， and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，scores of Visual Analogue Scale
(VAS) and complete healing time of wounds in the two groups were evaluated. Results：The cure-remarkable-effective rate
was 94.0% in the observation group and 78.0% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After
treatment，the VAS scores of anal pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜
0.05)，and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the healing
time of wounds in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group， the difference being
significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of acupuncture combined with bupivacaine for patients with mixed hemorrhoids
after external dissection and internal ligation has significant analgesia effect， whose curative effect is better than that of
simple bupivacaine. |
