| 目的：观察射干麻黄汤结合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法：将咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿94 例按照随机数字的方法分为对照组与观察组各47 例，对照组给予西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予射干麻黄汤。对比2 组治疗前后的咳嗽严重程度，比较2 组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，2 组咳嗽严重程度评分、各个肺功能指标均改善（P＜0.05）。在治疗后的组间比较中，观察组咳嗽严重程度评分和各个肺功能指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。经治疗，2 组痰液中性粒细胞百分比、Th1/Th2 比值较前改善（P＜0.05），2 组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2 组咽部不适、呕吐、头晕、皮疹发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：射干麻黄汤联合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘，可以改善疾病症状，提升治疗效果，稳定免疫系统，安全性良好。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Shegan Mahuang tang combined with western medicine for cough
variant asthma in children. Methods：A total of 94 cases of children with cough variant asthma were divided into the control
group and the observation group according to the random number method，47 cases in each group. The control group was
treated with western medicine，and the observation group was additionally treated with Shegan Mahuang tang based on the
treatment of the control group. The severity of cough before and after treatment and the curative effect in the two groups
were compared. Results：After treatment，the scores of severity of cough and indexes of lung function in the two groups
were improved(P＜0.05). After treatment， the score of severity of cough and indexes of lung function in the observation
group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the neutrophils percentage in sputum and Th1/
Th2 ratio in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， the difference being
significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of incidences of pharynx discomfort，
vomiting，dizziness and rash between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion：Shegan Mahuang tang combined with western
medicine for cough variant asthma in children can improve symptoms and curative effect and stabilize immune system with
good safety. |
