| 目的：观察中药熏洗治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效及对复发率的影响。方法：将复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者80 例随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组40 例。对照组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊联合氟康唑分散片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用妇科1 号方熏洗治疗。观察比较2 组临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率与复发率。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.5%，对照组为85.0%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组外阴瘙痒、白带异常症状的消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率治疗组为5.0%，对照组为7.5%，2 组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。复发率治疗组为5.1%，对照组为22.2%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在西药治疗的基础上，加用妇科1 号方中药熏洗治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎疗效显著，可快速改善患者临床症状，降低复发率，且无增加不良反应。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation for recurrent candida vaginitis and its
effect on the recurrence rate. Methods：A total of 80 patients with recurrent candida vaginitis were randomly divided into the
control group and the treatment group，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifurtyl nysfungin vaginal
solf capsules combined with fluconazole dispersive tablets；the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal
fumigation of Fuke Yihao Prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，disappearance time of
symptoms， incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed and compared in the two groups. Results：
The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜
0.05). The disappearance time of vulva pruritus and leucorrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control
group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0% in the treatment group and
7.5% in the control group， there being no significant difference(P＞0.05). The recurrence rate was 5.1% in the treatment
group and 22.2% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The additional application of
Chinese herbal fumigation of Fuke Yihao Prescription based on the treatment of western medicine treatment，has significant
therapeutic effect in treating patients with recurrent candida vaginiti， which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms，
reduce the recurrence rate，and does not increase adverse reactions. |
