    摘要:

    目的:观察开喉剑喷雾剂(儿童型) 对小儿疱疹性口腔炎的疗效与安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的124 例疱疹性口腔炎患儿随机分配为2 组,对照组(62 例) 给予盐酸伐昔洛韦颗粒抗病毒治疗,治疗组(62 例) 给予抗病毒联合开喉剑喷雾剂(儿童型) 治疗,分析治疗后疗效与安全性。结果:治疗组症状体征改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2 组实验室指标均改善,治疗组实验室指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2 组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:开喉剑喷雾剂(儿童型) 联合抗病毒颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效显著,安全性高。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of child- type Kaihoujian spray on herpetic stomatitis in children. Methods:A total of 124 cases of children with herpetic stomatitis who met inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups,62 cases in each group. The control group was given antiviral therapy including valacyclovir hydrochloride granules,and the treatment group was given antiviral therapy combined with child-type Kaihoujian spray. The curative effect and safety after treatment were analyzed. Results: The improvement of symptoms and signs of children in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the laboratory indexes in the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The child- type Kaihoujian spray combined with antiviral granules has significant curative effect in treating herpetic stomatitis in children,with high safety.
