| 应用传统辨证方法诊病时，其临床分型、诊断标准、疗效评定标准等因为各种辨证方法的不同而差异较大，导致中医治疗疾病临床疗效虽高，但可重复性、可推广性不高，良好的疗效较难被后人继承。基于这些问题有待解决，笔者认为应用黄煌教授的“方-病-人”辨识体系有很强的指导性，并系统论述了此体系在诊病中的应用；以失眠为例，阐述了“方-病-人”体系在失眠的诊治中有客观存在的应用指征，对失眠的治疗可收到较好疗效。 |

| Abstract：The clinical classification，diagnostic criteria，evaluation criteria of therapeutic effect，etc. are greatly different
due to the differences of various syndrome differentiation methods when the methods are adopted. As a result，although the
clinical effect of Chinese medicine in treating diseases is significant，it is still difficult to repeat and extend，and its significant
therapeutic effect is difficult to be inherited by later generations. Based on these problems to be solved，the authors believe
that the application of Prof. HUANG Huang's differentiation system of "Prescription- Disease- Individual" plays an important
role in the guidance of treatment，and the authors systematically discuss the application of this system in the diagnosis of
diseases. Taking insomnia as an example， this paper expounds that there are objective indications to apply differentiation
system of "Prescription- Disease- Individual" in the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia， which has significant therapeutic
effect. |
