| 目的：观察益肾促排卵汤联合西药治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法：选取134 例排卵障碍性不孕患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各67 例。对照组予以枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊及绒促性素治疗，观察组在此基础上加服益肾促排卵汤。对比2 组临床疗效、卵泡发育情况、子宫内膜厚度、宫颈黏液评分及卵巢血流指标。结果：观察组排卵率、未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征（LUFS） 发生率及宫颈黏液评分＞8 分患者所占比例均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组排卵日子宫内膜厚度均增大（P＜0.05），观察组排卵日子宫内膜厚度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组卵巢动脉阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）、收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期血流速度（S/D） 值均较治疗前减小（P＜0.05），观察组卵巢动脉RI、PI 和S/D 值均小于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为92.54%，高于对照组的76.12%（P＜0.05）。结论：益肾促排卵汤联合西药治疗排卵障碍性不孕，可有效改善患者的卵泡质量及卵巢动脉血流，促进子宫内膜生长，提高排卵率及妊娠率，减少LUFS 发生。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Cupailuan tang combined with infertility due to ovulation
dysfunction. Methods： A total of 134 cases of patients with infertility due to ovulation dysfunction were divided into the
control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，67 cases in each group. Both groups
were treated with clomifene citrate capsules and chorionic gonadotrophin，and the observation group was additionally treated
with Yishen Cupailuan tang based on the treatment group. The clinical effect，follicular development，endometrial thickness，
the scores of cervical mucus and the indexes of ovary blood flow were compared between the two groups. Results： The
ovulation rate， the incidence of luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) and the percentage of cervical mucus score
which is higher than eight in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，
the endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation in the two groups was increased(P＜0.05)， and the thickness in the
observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the resistance indexes(RI)，pulsatility
indexes(PI) and systolic peak velocity/ diastolic end velocity(S/D) of ovarian artery in the two groups were decreased when
compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above values in the observation group were all lower than those in
the control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 92.54% in the observation group，higher than that of 76.12% in the
control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Yishen Cupailuan tang combined with western medicine in treating
infertility due to ovulation dysfunction，which can effectively improve follicular quality and ovary artery blood flow，promote
the growth of endometrium，enhance ovulation rate and pregnancy rate，and reduce the incidence of LUFS. |
