| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察癫狂梦醒汤合并阿立哌唑口腔崩解片治疗男性精神分裂症气滞血瘀型患者的疗效及安全性。方法：将2017 年10 月—2019 年1 月在浙江省立同德医院精神科住院的76 例男性精神分裂症患者，按照随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组，每组38 人。研究组口服阿立哌唑合并癫狂梦醒汤加减治疗，对照组口服阿立哌唑治疗，2 组均治疗8 周，比较2 组患者治疗后的疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗8 周后，研究组总有效率为91.4%，高于对照组的71.9%（P＜0.05）；研究组阴性及阳性症状量表（PANSS） 总分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；而2 组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：癫狂梦醒汤合并阿立哌唑口腔崩解片治疗精神分裂症有良好的治疗效果，且安全性好，是治疗精神分裂症的新选择。 |

| Clinical Study on Diankuang Mengxing Tang Combined with Aripiprazole for Schizo⁃phrenia in Male Patients |

| Abstract： Objective： To investigate the curative effect and safety of Diankuang Mengxing tang combined with
aripiprazole oral disintegrating tablets for male patients with schizophrenia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods：A
total of 76 cases of male patients with schizophrenia hospitalized in the psychiatric department of Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang
Province from October 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the study group and the control group according to the method
of random sampling，38 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of aripiprazole，and the study
group was additionally treated with modified Diankuang Mengxing tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both
groups were treated for eight weeks. The curative effect as well as adverse reactions after treatment in the two groups were
compared. Results：After eight weeks of treatment，the total effective rate was 91.4% in the study group ，higher than that
of 71.9% in the control group(P＜0.05)；the total score of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS) in the study group
was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)；the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups showed
no significance in the difference. Conclusion： The therapy of Diankuang Mengxing tang combined with aripiprazole oral
disintegrating tablets has good curative effect and safety in treating schizophrenia，which is a new choice of treatment. |
