| 月经病是临床常见病，笔者总结分析了《东医宝鉴》中与月经病基础理论、辨证及治法相关的论述，以期为月经病的临床实践提供借鉴。该书对月经病机理的认识遵从《黄帝内经》的理论，并以后世诸家学说为羽翼，在病因病机上重视情志改变，在生理上重视气血，在五脏中重视心脾，在治疗上主张补、通、清，亦注重单方的运用。 |

| Abstract： Menstrual disease is common in clinic. The authors summarized and analyzed the related discussions of
menstrual disease in Dongyi Baojian，which included its basic theory as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment，so
as to provide reference for the clinical practice of menstrual disease. The understanding of the mechanism of menstrual
disease in this book follows the theory from Huangdi Neijing，and learns from theories of varied schools in different ages. It
values the changes in emotions in respect of etiology and pathogenesis，qi and blood in physiology，the heart and the spleen
in five viscera. As for the treatment，it advocates tonification，unblocking and clearing. Besides，it also pays attention to the
application of simple prescription. |
