| 通过研习《保婴撮要》，探析薛己小儿外科的治疗特色。总结得出薛己在小儿外科治疗中善用针灸，认为应根据经络的表里、虚实及所患部位肌肉的厚薄，而施以不同的针法；且勇于突破传统的治疗方式，善用隔物灸，借药力及火力，达驱寒活血散瘀、疏通经络、拔引郁毒的目的；倡导婴病治母、母婴同治，并提倡乳中过药的给药方式。在治疗方面，首重脏腑，治病求本，本于五脏、脾肾，注重温补，慎用寒凉，同时重视经络辨证，对应施治。其外科治疗特色对临床各科都有重要的指导意义，值得深入研究。 |

| Abstract：To discussed and analyzed the therapeutic characteristics of pediatric surgery by XUE Ji through the study of
Baoying Cuoyao. It is concluded that XUE was expert in applying acupuncture to pediatric surgery. He believed that
acupuncture manipulation should vary according to the exterior and interior， and deficiency and excess of meridian and
collateral，as well as the thickness of muscle in the affected area. XUE was brave to break through the traditional treatment
mode；he was skilled in indirect moxibustion，using the effect of herbal medicine and fire to disperse cold，activate blood，
resolve stasis，unblock the meridian and collateral，and draw out toxin. He advocated the idea of treating infantile diseases
through the mother and treating the infant and the mother simultaneously，and promoted the administration method through
breast milk. In terms of treatment，he firstly focused on viscera and bowels，and insisted on seeking the root of diseases.
Based on the five viscera，especially the spleen and the kidney，XUE paid attention to warm tonification，and was cautious
about using cold and cool therapy. Meanwhile，he valued visceral syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment. His
characteristics of surgical treatment has important guiding significance for all clinical departments， and is worthy of further
study. |
