| 肺癌患者持续或反复的咳嗽是被低估的症状，笔者收集中国知网、万方、维普数据库中2014 年1 月1 日—2019 年4月30 日有关中医药治疗肺癌咳嗽的文献，按发作期、缓解期以及剂型的不同，综述了中医药治疗肺癌咳嗽的相关研究进展。总结出肺癌咳嗽发作期以痰热证为多，常用痰热清注射液、清金化痰汤、千金苇茎汤等清热涤痰。缓解期常用射干麻黄汤、止嗽散、二陈汤、三子养亲汤止咳化痰，六君子汤、麦门冬汤益气养阴，以及穴位敷贴温阳驱寒。后续应建立规范的中医药预防及治疗肺癌咳嗽的方案，改善患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract： Persistent or repetitive cough is an underrated symptom in patients with lung cancer. The literatures on the
treatment of cough in patients with lung cancer by Chinese medicine from January 1，2014 to April 30，2019 were collected
by the author from the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure， Wanfang and VIP， and were reviewed
according to the stage of attack，stage of remission and preparation. The conclusion is that patients at attack stage of cough
were mainly with phlegm- heat syndrome and applied with Tanreqing injection， Qingjin Huatan tang， Qianjin Weijing tang
and others to clear heat and clear up phlegm. In addition， patients at remission stage were mainly treated with Shegan
Mahuang tang，Zhike powder，Erchen tang and Sanzi Yangqin tang to relieve cough and dissolve phlegm，and Liujunzi tang
and Maimendong tang to boost qi and nourish yin，as well as point application to warm yang and expel cold. In the followup，
the author proposes that a standard scheme of Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of cough in patients
with lung cancer should be established to improve the life quality of patients. |
