| 目的：观察中药熏蒸联合综合护理干预膝骨关节炎（KOA） 的临床效果。方法：选取114 例KOA 患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各57 例。对照组给予中药熏蒸治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合综合护理，对比2 组干预效果。结果：治疗后，2 组西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC） 评分中疼痛、僵硬、功能障碍分数均降低（P＜0.05），观察组各维度评分降低幅度均大于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组临床疗效、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药熏蒸联合综合护理干预KOA 患者，可以提升治疗效果，改善膝关节功能，提高护理满意度。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with comprehensive nursing on knee
osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods：A total of 114 cases of KOA patients were selected and divided into the control group and the
observation group according to the random number table method， 57 cases in each group. The control group was given
Chinese herbal fumigation，and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive nursing based on the treatment
of the control group. The effect in the two groups was compared. Results：After treatment，the scores of pain，rigidity and
dysfunction of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) in the two groups were all
decreased(P＜0.05)，and the decrease of each dimension scores in the observation group was more significant than that in
the control group(P＜0.05). The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the
control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined
with comprehensive nursing for KOA patients can improve the curative effect，knee function and nursing satisfaction. |
