| 目的：观察穴位按摩联合丹七软胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病的临床效果。方法：选取88 例气虚血瘀型冠心病患者根据患者入院顺序分为对照组和试验组各44 例。对照组给予常规西医治疗和护理，试验组在对照组基础上给予穴位按摩联合丹七软胶囊治疗，观察2 组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，2 组甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C） 水平均低于治疗前，2 组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C） 水平明显升高（P＜0.05）；治疗后2 组上述血脂指标组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均降低，且试验组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α 水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组总有效率为95.45%，高于对照组的79.55%（P＜0.05）。2 组均未出现明显不良反应。结论：穴位按摩联合丹七软胶囊对调节气虚血瘀型冠心病患者血脂、炎性因子水平及缓解临床症状效果显著，不良反应少。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules for coronary
heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease of qi
deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the
order of admission， 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and basic
nursing，and the experiment group was additionally treated with point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules based on
the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two group was observed. Results：After treatment，the levels of
triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC) and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C) in the two groups were all lower than
those before treatment，and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were significantly increased(P＜0.05)；
the comparison of the above indexes of blood lipids between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P＜0.05).
After treatment，the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum in the
two groups were decreased，and the above levels in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group，the
difference being significant(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 95.45% in the experiment group， higher than that of
79.55% in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups(P＞0.05).
Conclusion：The therapy of point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules for patients with coronary heart disease of qi
deficiency and blood stasis type has significant effect on regulating the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors as well
as relieving clinical symptoms with few adverse reactions. |
